I really like the intricate details in this piece - and the addition of nautili. Everything is better with them.

I was thinking about that...perhaps they'll have little fishes that help with the upkeep like those cleaner fishes that 'clean' up the bigger fishes by eating their parasites and dead scales/skin. Or they may secrete something that protects the mechanisms from the effects of the saltwater...
