I'll leave it up to the viewer to interpret some of the dreams that inspired this doodle, but I'll explain a couple of elements: The squid or octopus-like creature was inspired by a dream wherein I had to construct a box to hold a giant squid, but whatever I sketched or created turned out to be something that resembled those clear plastic take-out boxes one gets from restaurants and was only large enough to fit a bunch of fried calamari; the pudgy infant's head came out of nowhere, but I just found out today that my cousin is expecting a new addition. The stilts were the result of listening to an announcement on the radio that was promoting an art festival, and there were performers on stilts appearing for entertainment, yippee! Enjoy!

Various graphite pencils, 7" X 11" <---same as today's date, *choice of strange music played here*

Thank you very much for your comment! These dreams are quite wacky, but I get a lot of fun ideas from them. :)

Giger and Ernst, but mostly Squidink... LOL - I've never been any good with symbolism, but I certainly enjoy all of the different elements and all of the extra little eyeballs floating around in there.
