This started out as a doodle in my drawing book, but I was inspired by the second act love duet from Wagner's opera Tristan und Isolde, so this is what ended up on the page.

I think all the chromaticism in the music had an effect on me. :)

Pigma microns and Staedtler pigment liners, 7x10.

i olve the intricate attention to the very smallest detail....sometimes o.c.d. can come in real handy,can it not?:)reminiscent of aubrey beardsley...quite amazing,to have strated from boredom doodling and end up a fragment of another,certainly more interesting world!
